singapore trip, in full!
So I posted tidbits on Singapore when I was there, so now I'll post the entire story in full! Because it's more fun that way. I'll upload photos in the New Year-ish, when I get my laptop. Don't want to clog up my sister's laptop. :) DAY 1. So we got to Singapore. The driver was CLEARLY speeding, because we reached the Tuas Checkpoint earlier than expected (Earlier than I expected. But really, when you reach the Pagoh Selatan stop about 2 hours into your journey, you know you're going really, really fast). It was good, though. Nothing really eventful, apart from much movie-watching (Iron Man for me again! I love the Audis. And Robert Downey Junior. And Gwyneth Paltrow. And Jeff Bridges. And Terrence Howard. Google Maps is not foolproof, nor is it totally reliable. Instead of making our way to Raffles Hospital, I (I say I, because I was the only one who looked for directions) took a wrong turn, and we all ended up walking towards Suntec City instead. I just don’t get it. People can be so moody. It’s like: are we Superman or Flash to be able to finish everything in an hour? Sigh. I know her point but need some understanding here. I can’t wait ‘til 2009 is over. This is definitely not my year! I really hope 2010 will be in my favor. It is too much for me to handle. I wish, I would be a Manager. If not in this company… maybe in another company. I am loosing it. As I told my old agents, I really don’t want to lose my team. I even told them that it’s the last sign. My Parents and I are so broke. Wish we could win the Lottery. I am literally out of cash. I don’t know where I will get money to buy a new transmission for the car (Mr.Yotie). It won’t do reverse if the engine is not hot. Not only that… the expenses for my Dad. The milk – Glucerna alone is costing us Php. 1,600 every 2 days… plus the medicines, diapers, bed pad.
